This data is retained as proof of consent as required by carrier and regulatory rules.
  • Analytics: page views, referral source, and general location (country, region, city) via cookies and analytics tools. We do not sell this data.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and process puppy applications.
  • To send transactional messages related to applications, contracts, and puppy updates.
  • To send rare operational alert text messages if you opt in to our SMS program.
  • To improve our website and understand how visitors use it.

SMS and Phone Numbers

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected through our SMS opt-in form are used solely to deliver the messages described in our SMS Alerts program disclosure. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We use third-party services to operate the website: Supabase (database), Cloudflare (CDN and DNS), Google Analytics (site analytics), and Twilio (SMS delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and application data as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. SMS consent records are retained indefinitely as proof of opt-in as required by carrier guidelines.
